Plate UHT sterilizing equipment designed for milk, fruit juice, beverage or similar products of continuous sterilization process. Equipped with aseptic filling equipment can be used for 3 ~ 6 months shelf life of products. Can be connected separator, degassing, flash and other equipment. The output of the device is mainly composed of feed flow controller in the system to adjust, when using whole flow in homogeneous way, homogenizer is used to control flow. Because of the products are heating and cooling in the plate heat exchanger heat recovery section, and heat recovery rate up to 90%.
Automatic configuration: the use of advanced computer program control technology, according to the technological requirements set by the whole process of production control, bring their own CIP cleaning procedures, automatic cleaning.
Semiautomatic configuration: is semi-automatic control the whole process of operation, the operator from the control panel on each pump and return control function, the automatic temperature controller to maintain the sterilization temperature. Sterilization temperature on the recorder has a continuous record.
Suitable for: milk, fruit juice, tea drinks, soymilk, milk beverage.
Equipped with electric heating unit: meet the needs of the small-scale production scale.
